Brilliant outcomes at the kick-off meeting of The Fresh Conference 2013

Great minds and great professionals worked the past weekend to build the next big success of The Fresh Conference, the annual event fully dedicated to design meetings in the most effective way.

In Copenhagen, at the Crown Plaza Tower, 14 meeting professionals with different skills and know-how (this is only a part of the great team that is working for FRESH13) met with the challenging aim of making it even better…

We were looking for something new, something unexpected for this second edition of The Fresh Conference… and at the same time something so useful and precious that no one would like to miss it.

The Crown Plaza Tower is the green and high-tech hotel (see my post about food and mood) that was chosen as the venue of the past edition of Fresh 2012 and Wonderful Copenhagen and Visit Denmark with their Meetovation project have been and are today the perfect partner to help this innovative Conference to become a landmark for the European Meeting Industry.

The first big news is the reconfirmation of the Crown Plaza Tower as the venue for 2013, allocating a bigger space to this Conference for the increased number of participants.

The other news is that the second week of January 2012 has been chosen as the favourite period from the members of the Fresh team.
The reason is that we strongly believe that a great and successful year must start with a great and successful Conference. This will help you to be inspired and motivated for the remaining months.

I’m sorry… I cannot reveal everything…
The program is still top secret but trust me, something really special will happen next year!

As a participant you will be involved in the format and content of meetings and events, taking part also in a highly interactive Hybrid meeting that will let you experience how it works and what are the best tools to use for every step of the process.
You will be stimulated participating in discussions, explorations and learning sessions through immersive experience, case studies and best practice examples.

Furthermore, FRESH is going to enlarge the new cross-disciplinary community with time for, and emphasis on, structured networking.

Follow The Fresh Conference on Twitter @freshconference, use the hashtag #fresh13 to tweet with the Fresh team and about FRESH, become a member of the Twub of Fresh13 and join the Meeting Architecture Linkedin group.

Don’t miss the presentation of the Fresh Conference at IMEX in Frankfurt. It will be on Thursday 24 May 2012, from 10:15 to 11:00 at the Inspiration Centre, Show Floor.

Something more about the past edition of FRESH:

The FRESH conference was held for the first time in January 2012 in Copenhagen. As the name suggests, FRESH is designed to be the place where you can discover the latest in meeting architecture or conference design. The FRESH conference had experiments with formats like the learning carousel, technology like iPad apps, hybrid components like remote speakers, etc. A serious number of tools and services to increase your meeting design toolbox. At the same time science like psychology is introduced, new books launched etc. The FRESH conference introduced the book ‘The Tweeting Meeting’ plus a presentation and a one-day post conference training on social media.
Take a look at the website www.thefreshconference.com here, among other useful things you can find the videos recorded at FRESH12.
